What types of products do you sell?
We offer a curated collection of nature-inspired accessories for your home and office, including journals, laptop sleeves, desk mats, mugs, canvases, pillows, and more. Our products feature unique designs based on original photographs by Jo and are made with high-quality materials.
What makes your products unique?
Our designs are inspired by nature, bringing warmth and tranquillity to your space. Jo selected the images, reflecting some of her favourite moments from her travels. We use Printify's print-on-demand model, which means each product is made to order, reducing waste and ensuring sustainable production.
What is Biophilic Design?
Simply put, biophilic design is the practice of connecting our indoor environments to the natural world. In a modern life spent largely indoors, we often lose our link to the rhythms of nature, which can impact our mood and energy.
By integrating nature-inspired textures, organic patterns, and light, we can create a "living" atmosphere that:
• Reduces stress and lowers cortisol levels.
• Boosts creativity and mental clarity.
• Restores your energy after a long day.

2. Ordering & Payment
How do I place an order?
Browse our online store, add your favourite items to the cart, and proceed to checkout. Printify’s network of trusted print providers handles production and fulfilment.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Payments are securely processed to protect your information.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Since Printify begins production immediately after an order is placed, orders cannot be modified or cancelled once processing starts. If you made a mistake, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will try to assist you.

We currently ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping availability may vary depending on Printify's print provider network. If your location is not listed at checkout, please contact us.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary by product and location. Estimated delivery times:

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the print provider’s rates. We offer free shipping on orders over [$X].

Yes! Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details. Tracking availability depends on the selected print provider.
4. Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
Since our products are made-to-order via Printify, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives defective or incorrect.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please email us at soulhugsbyjo@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Provide photos of the issue, and we will work with Printify to resolve the problem by issuing a replacement or refund.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only issued for orders that arrive damaged or defective. We do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse or incorrect size selections, so please double-check your order before checkout.

How do I clean and maintain my products?
