Surface Cleaning: To maintain the integrity of the artwork, gently wipe the paddle faces with a soft, damp cloth after play. Avoid abrasive chemical cleaners.
Grip Maintenance: Use a soft brush or dry cloth to remove dust or perspiration from the handle to ensure long-lasting grip performance.
Climate Control: Store your kit in a cool, dry place. Extreme heat (such as a car trunk in summer) can affect the wood core and adhesive bonds over time.
Storage: Always return paddles to the provided carry bag when not in use to prevent surface scratches and edge-guard wear.

Handcrafted to Order: Most "Soul Hugs" products are printed specifically for you. Please allow 5 to 8 business days for production before your order ships.

Packaging: We use reinforced, eco-friendly packaging for our fragile goods to ensure they arrive in pristine condition.

Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves the facility.

International Orders: At this time, we only ship within the United States and Canada. If you are outside these regions, please join our Global Waitlist to be notified when we expand.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

Soul Hugs by Jo's Return Policy is based on that of Printify (POD). Please below if you have concerns with your nature-themed item:
Printify is a print-on-demand company, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if your customer ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed their mind.
However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, Printify offers a free reprint or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery. Please get in touch with our team using the “Submit issue” form and provide a clear photo showing the issue.
If there’s an issue affecting multiple products that use the same design, an additional photo (or video) of all affected items visible in one frame will be required for confirmation purposes.
Please note that Printify will not be held responsible and will not offer reprints or refunds if the customer ordered the wrong size or color. In case of an unsuccessful delivery, you can opt for either a reprint with an extra charge or a partial refund. For DTG products, there is a tolerance of 0.5" for print placement, meaning that minor variations in the placement of the print will not be considered as defects.
