Currently, our store ships only to customers in the United States and Canada. Since our print-on-demand suppliers are located in the USA, this ensures we can continue to provide high-quality products at competitive prices and manage the launch of our shop.

Shipping & Processing Time

• Order Processing Time: After payment confirmation, orders are typically processed within 5 to 8 business days (excluding weekends and holidays in the USA). Shipping time includes order verification, quality checks, and packaging. Our shipping time for Canada may vary from 10 to 21 business days. Please note that processing and shipping times may extend slightly during peak seasons or promotional events.

Shipping Rates & Methods

We offer tiered shipping to ensure every piece of art—from a small journal to a large gallery canvas—is handled with the appropriate level of care. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the items in your cart.

Tier 1: Artisan Delivery

For lightweight essentials: Phone Cases, Journals, Tote Bags, Tags, Phone Stands, and our Essentials Kit.

• United States: FREE

• Canada: $9.99 CAD

• Estimated Delivery: 5–8 business days (USA) | 10–21 business days (Canada)

Tier 2: Premium Art Goods

For mid-weight and fragile items: Mugs, Clocks, Pillows, Mats, and our Travel & Ritual Kits.

• United States: $12.00

• Canada: $18.00 CAD

• Estimated Delivery: 5–8 business days (USA) | 10–21 business days (Canada)

Tier 3: Premium Art Goods (Specialty Handling)

For our largest and most delicate pieces: All Canvases and Recreational Pickleball Sets.

• United States: $25.00

• Canada: $45.00 CAD

Our Process

• Handcrafted to Order: Most "Soul Hugs" products are printed specifically for you. Please allow 5 to 8 business days for production before your order ships.

• Packaging: We use reinforced, eco-friendly packaging for our fragile goods to ensure they arrive in pristine condition.

• Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves the facility.

• International Orders: At this time, we only ship within the United States and Canada. If you are outside these regions, please join our Global Waitlist to be notified when we expand.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

Shipping Restrictions

• We currently ship to the USA and Canada. 

• We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain restricted locations.

• Customs, duties, and taxes for international shipments may apply and are the customer's responsibility. This applies to any orders through our concierge service.

Lost or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather conditions, natural disasters). If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at jo@soulhugsbyjo.com with the subject line<lost/delayed package> for assistance.

Soul Hugs by Jo's Return Policy is based on that of Printify (POD). Please below if you have concerns with your nature-themed item:

Printify is a print-on-demand company, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if your customer ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed their mind.

However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, Printify offers a free reprint or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery. Please get in touch with our team using the “Submit issue” form and provide a clear photo showing the issue.

If there’s an issue affecting multiple products that use the same design, an additional photo (or video) of all affected items visible in one frame will be required for confirmation purposes.

Please note that Printify will not be held responsible and will not offer reprints or refunds if the customer ordered the wrong size or color. In case of an unsuccessful delivery, you can opt for either a reprint with an extra charge or a partial refund. For DTG products, there is a tolerance of 0.5" for print placement, meaning that minor variations in the placement of the print will not be considered as defects.
